If you don’t know what this is, it is like a Bootcamp session but with strongman implements used for greater weight loss and strength gain. Using Modified Strongman Training (MST) we offer some of the most demanding and rewarding team training sessions you can get.

 

MST incorporates many of the classical lifts in strongman competition like farmers walk and log presses to get a more anaerobic effect that will transfer better to all sports and causes a much greater weight & fat loss effect than traditional methods. MST suits any team sport whether it is basketball, soccer, rugby or Gaelic games and is great for the average gym goer who loves a challenging workout.

 

Modified Strongman Training (MST) can bring your fitness to new levels and is a great way of reducing body fat. We offer this session every Wednesday at 7pm and Sunday at 11am at our facility on the Malahide Rd and it is open to both men & women of all fitness levels. If you want to reduce the time it takes you to get in shape than this is what you need to be doing.

 

Your first session is always free so come along to any session and if you are looking for the best weight loss workout you have ever had you will not be disappointed. Follow-on sessions are €10 pay as you go.
