John Connor - ISI Co-owner & Co-Founder
John is currently studying for a masters in exercise and nutrition sciences from the University of Chester. He has qualfications from the Poliquin Strength Institute (Level 4), in Active Release Therapy (Full Body), and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CPT).
John has been involved in the fitness industry for over 10 years. John worked in the Poliquin Performance Center in Phoenix Arizona designing programs and training NFL players from the San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders and the Green Bay Packers and NHL players from the Saint Louis Blues. John has also worked with several inter-county Gaelic footballers and Premiership footballers.
John also finds time to lecture internationally for the Poliquin International Certification Program (PICP). This work takes him all over the world, from mainland Europe, Australia and the US, imparting his knowledge to course attendees.

Eoin interned with the Poliquin Strength Institute for five years, has an excellent reputation in the industry and lectures extensively around the world for numerous sports bodies.

Mick Finglas - Personal Trainer
Mick has over 8 years experience in the training industry.
This includes working with sports teams, teaching group fitness and working one to one with countless clients at both home and abroad.
He has qualifications from NCEF, NESTA, and is currently progressing in the ranks of the PICP after recently completing the Level 3 certification in Rhode Island.
With a practice what you preach mentality he has gained invaluable knowledge to help all his clients in their quest to be healthier, leaner and stronger.

John has been in the Strength and Conditioning industry for 15 years.
Within that time John has gained an Honours degree in Sports Science and Health from DCU.
He currently holds a level 2 certificate with the prestigious and world renowned Poliquin International Certification Program.
He has a keen interest in keeping up with new information within the industry and regularly attends courses and seminars to help stay ahead.

Andrea Moloney - Personal Trainer
Motivated by her own experiences Andrea began working overseas with a personal trainer.
Upon her return to Ireland she qualified as a fitness instructor and personal trainer with the National Training Centre on her return to Ireland.
Andrea believes that a holistic approach incorporating exercise, nutrition, recovery and psychological motivation is the key to achieving successful results.
Andrea stands by the saying that 'Knowledge is Power' and thus takes every opportunity available to continue her professional development.

Seamus Caffrey - ISI Physiotherapist
BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy, BSc (Hons) Sports Science, M.I.S.C.P.
Seamus has been involved in the development of athletes of all levels for over a decade. He is currently the senior physiotherapist at the ISI. Seamus has a keen interest in a number of sports ranging from soccer, hurling, MMA to golf.
He has research published in the BJSM on the establishment of injury rates in Gaelic Football and was fortunate enough to be the team physiotherapist with the Dublin U21 side that competed in the 2011 All-Ireland Final. He was the senior physiotherapist with Irish Premier League side Sporting Fingal for three years on a full time basis. In that time Sporting competed in the Europa League and won the 2009 FAI Cup Final. In his contact with mixed martial arts he treats both national and world champions. He is consulting physiotherapist to The North Dublin Schoolboy League.
Seamus has a philosophy that injury is multi-factorial and requires that all of these problems must be looked in that fashion. He has a strong focus on finding the root of dysfunction and correcting the biomechanical/neurological abnormality.
His areas of clinical interest include low back pain, neck pain and groin/hamstring dysfunction.
