To achieve the above goals our personal trainers at the ISI do a thorough evaluation to assess where your current level of fitness and wellbeing are at.

 

Based on these results our personal trainers design the most efficient program specifically for you and your lifestyle that will ensure your objective is met. Sessions include a warm-up, cool-down, a post-workout shake and of course the training session itself.

 

Every personal training session contains several aspects of fitness including flexibility, strength training, core strength and stamina.

 

Sessions are approximately 60 minutes in length. This includes a warm-up, cool-down, a post-workout shake and of course the training sessions itself.
